Positive: It is a nice location, however it is not right to use the hotel logo when in fact the property is a private apartment.

Negative: There were excess charges of €27 extra than was advertised in the booking advertisement, for cleaning fees and water/electricity, and there was no indication of what to do upon check in with a hectic experience of the hotel telling us we were not guests, with the concierge telling us that we were not staying there, and a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. Specific instructions to go to Domino Club and mention the name of the host are essential.

Summary: Nice place, good value, but it needs to be honest with guests about excess charges and the situation
