Summary: The toilet had mold, the floors was covered in birds droppings, the chairs were stained and the towel supply in the room was terrible. Not to mention that the room was right next to a construction site, so the noise from the jackhammer was awful. The most horrible experience for a person who has migraine and I just wanted rest.

Summary: Our stay at Copamarina was good. It is our third time in that property since 1998. The recommendations are: 1. To give the equal opportunity to enjoy the new rooms to all customers - Hotels.com guests are assigned to old rooms vs customers doing the reservation directly with Copamarina who are assigned to the new rooms. We were a group of 3 families and the other 2 families who did the reservation directly with them, were assigned to building 5. We were Hotels.com customers and we were assigned to Building 3. When we asked for the reason, the information previously shared was the explanation offered at the front desk. This is something that we suggest to communicate to the different guests "categories" as an orientation. 2. The buildings and the common areas would be more comfortable and safe with UV lights and illumination overall. Solar UV lights could be an option. 3. A program of family activities at the pool or and the common areas is suggested. Food in general is good and prices are acceptable. Another positive aspect is that we observed a nice mixture of generations in the employees. And the resort overall is in a renovation process.

Summary: The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view! The property is beautiful and the staff was super nice and helpful. It was a totally relaxing experience!

Summary: The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within 24 hours of arriving so that wasn't possible. The more "reasonably priced" restaurant onsite was not open every night, and the burger/bbq restaurant was not open when listed Thursday or Friday. We stayed Monday night to Saturday morning. Dinner option was limited on 2 different nights to the fancy Restaurante Alexandra only, which we did not find worth the cost for the service and food. This resort was pretty far from other restaurant options even with a rental car. The nearest thing we saw was a Burger King and it was about 10 to 15 minutes away because the seaside resort is on a very curvy mountainous road, beautiful views but slow going drive. Also the ocean next to the resort has jellyfish. There is a warning sign on the dock and I got stung walking to the swim platform and a little kid got stung several times. The resort cannot control wildlife, but a few more warning signs would have been nice. We definitely would stay again but only with the All-Inclusive package.
