Negative: Overall, I’d highlight the staff’s attention to detail as an area for improvement. While everyone was very friendly, my orders were incorrect several times throughout the week, and service at the bar was often slow, on one occasion it took around 15 minutes just to have beers placed in a bucket and served, despite there being no other customers waiting.

Positive: Location is just perfect ! If you are looking for a relaxing stay , away from the city - go there . Generally good fresh food , breakfast from the menu was excellent.

Negative: Beds were not super comfy, and really narrow as for queen. Also, air conditioners are pretty noisy over the night, as they are placed just near the bed, but without them is hard to sleep due to the temperature. And pizza, don’t order it there. I got two for dinner and we have to throw them out.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly. We happened to arrive a little bit earlier than checking time. I went ahead and told her I was going to eat lunch at the restaurant by the pool. They call me by the time I was done with lunch that my room was ready, which was perfect because then I decided to go to the SPA last minute that same day and the had an opening and that was Genevieve was PHENOMENAL!!! I haven’t relaxed like that in years. Had my 50th birthday dinner at the indoor restaurant 5⭐️ they turned my desert into a mini cake pastry. Alexander I believe is the name 🤔

Negative: The door of our room did not seal tight enough and every time the air conditioner cut on the door made a vibrating noice. I didn’t bother to say anything at the time since we were only staying one night.

Summary: The BEST for SOUL restoration and relaxation.
