Positive: Everything was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail in the decor, the food and the location in general. The staff were incredibly friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The service was impeccable. From start to finish it was an unforgettable experience.

Negative: The conservation fee that we were charged on top of the quoted price. I didnt mind having to pay it but I was not aware we would be charged which was a bit of a shock at the he end of the day. It would have been better if this was made known upfront. Also to be charged extra for the vegetarian dinner option is a bit weird.

Positive: The Coot Club is an outstanding property, the decor and furnishings are beautiful. The Staff are helpful and accommodating. The meals were incredible, fresh, wholesome and imaginative, in the best way possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our Boat House Lodge, it was cosy, comfortable and secluded.
