Positive: The location must be the best feature of this house. It is located right next to the beach. Throw in an inverter , clean house , new pots, pans and sharp knives this house is a must.

Negative: The only thing we can comment on is that some decals on the sliding doors would be great. We had a couple of the kids and adults walk into the sliding door when they thought it was open, but not.
