Positive: The room was super clean, new, comfortable, huge TVs, spacious for a family of 5 and for us it felt like a little home away from home plus we all felt safe. Highly recommend and would stay there again

Positive: The room was recently decorated and is new and fresh. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and warm room.

Negative: I had booked a twin room. The space had 2 x queen beds shoe horned into it which meant there was only room for 1 small bedside table inbetween, and despite having a kitchenette with microwave and a hotplate, there was nowhere, aside from on the beds, to sit or eat. The room literally only had a very skinny aisle to walk along the front of the kitchenette and inbetween the beds. The only place for the suitcase was on the floor directly in front of the bathroom and external doors, and if you had more than 1 suitcase you wouldn't fit it in the room. The size of the room would be better suited to 2 x single beds.

Summary: Modern facility but the Twin room is too squeezy

Negative: Having two beds in the room made it very hard to move about - it would be an improvement to have a table and chairs to allow for sitting inside as it’s pretty cold out.

Positive: Renovated rooms, bathroom, location.

Negative: Tiny rooms, huge pillows, no space to turn or no counter space. Outside the rooms/main reception was a dump, nothing like the photos they use to market it. I wouldn’t stay again.
