Positive: The house was immaculate and definitely exceeded expectations, the fresh eggs were a delight, the kitchen was supplied well, the bath is lovely to soak in, the extra TVs were an added bonus and a treat. The deck was enjoyable in the spring time sun. Close to walk through the Cooma North mature reserve.

Negative: The WiFi was quite slow with some connection issues. There wasn't much not too like

Positive: The house was spacious, cozy, well appointed and we had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The breakfast provided was thoughtful, generous and delicious (think fresh eggs, GF bread, coffee machine, GF cereal, juice & biscuits). Michelle was lovely and very helpful with our questions.

Positive: Truly a 5-star experience. My wife and I were travelling with my elderly mother and uncle to Cooma to spend a few days and revisit their original property in Dalgety. Being 88 and 91 years, it was of utmost importance that they were comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Such a welcoming, comfortable home. Kitchen and living dining area just lovely , bedrooms very comfortable and the Sheridan towels and locally made handwash & cream provided were so appreciated. Ducted heating ensured we were cozy. We were greeted with a lovely handwritten note and breakfast provisions, which included fresh eggs, juice , milk , sourdough, and butter. Teas & coffee as well. Just a short drive into the city makes this a perfect place to stay. Thanks for making our trip to Cooma so enjoyable.

Positive: The home is near new and very well presented. It was a very spacious home with everything you need for either a short or long stay. The host made it easy to collect the keys with a welcome flower and note left on the kitchen table. There were fresh collected eggs and sourdough bread, fresh orange juice, milk and butter waiting. The pantry had cereals and toast spreads. The linen was beautiful and the soaps and shampoos were all of the highest quality. We definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Michelle for being such a wonderful host and eye to detail who went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay.

Positive: The house exceeding my expectations. The house had everything we needed. Clean, great facilities, perfect location, incredible value for money, and the house was very warm and inviting.
