Our beautiful log home provides a romantic, quiet mountain getaway experience. A spacious first floor bedroom with queen size log bed and upstairs loft room with queen size bed provide comfortable, private sleeping arrangements for two couples, or a small family of four. A darling country kitchen provides everything you’ll need including a dishwasher. Relax by the beautiful stone fireplace in the living room or enjoy the tv in the snug while watching deer play just outside the tall windows. After a day of hiking, biking, or rafting in nearby Ohiopyle you can enjoy an evening dining on the back deck, searing some steaks on the charcoal grill (summer months), or unwinding in the hot tub if the weather permits. We also provide a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. In floor radiant heat will keep your toes warm during winter months while central air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summer. Summary: Our stay was relaxing and very nice. Give it a 10 out of 10 and would stay here again. Great food at surrounding restaurants and the near by winery was nice. All of the scenery was great

Summary: Warm and welcoming cabin! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The hosts have put so much thought into all of the details and amenities to make you feel at home. Very clean and we loved soaking in the hot tub after long days exploring the area! Great location a short drive from the center of Ohiopyle. We would love to return!

Summary: We are two couples who stayed in Cooley’s Cottage for two nights. It was a great location for our activities: tour Frank Lloyd Wright houses and hike in Ohiopyle State Park. The cottage is located on a quiet parcel just a few miles south of Ohiopyle. It had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and dinner, and for relaxing in the outdoor and indoor spaces. We didn’t realize that there is only one shower - located in the master bathroom. But we were able to make that work without problem, especially since the other couple was my sister and her husband. We enjoyed the hot tub and the many personal touches by the owners. We recommend the cottage highly.

Summary: Wonderful and spacious property! Well maintained and a pleasure to stay in this beautiful area. Lots of activities in the area and the GAP trail for cycling is three miles form the property. It is so quiet and relaxing you will love it.
