Positive: nice shower, good bed, nice sized living room tv

Negative: Front door seemed a bit loose. Also, the bathroom floor gets pretty wet from the shower but putting a towel down helps.

Positive: Clean, modern space. Loved the overall look and feel of the condo. It’s clear the hosts take good care of it. Although we didn’t use it, there was cookware and coffee, some snacks and toiletries available. Good location for our event at EverBank stadium and close to plenty of restaurants. Responsive hosts, willing to accommodate a later checkout time.

Negative: Building its self is a bit dated and neighborhood is clearly up and coming. Shower not having a door definitely makes a bit of a mess, floor was pretty wet getting out. We wish there would have been 2 bed side tables, that was a slight inconvenience. But there was nothing that would stop me from coming back.

Summary: Overall we would absolutely stay here again if we had an event in the area, and would recommend!

Positive: It was very modern and well kept. It was so cozy. We barely left the condo.

Negative: Occasionally, the elevator was not working, and we would have to take the stairs

Summary: All in all for the price, location and layout of the condo I would definitely book again we enjoyed our stay!

Positive: The condo is a great place to rent for your own while in Jacksonville. It is in a great location downtown -- you're only about 10-15 minutes (by walking) from the Riverwalk/the water. If you want to head across the river to the south side of downtown, you're a short walk to the Skyway (People Mover), which will take you down that way during the daytime -- for free! Not far from some restaurants and bars, and there's the MOCA (art museum). About a 20-25 minute drive from JAX (airport), but, there is also JTA bus route 1 that goes from the airport to downtown (if you want to save money and aren't in a hurry -- bus felt safe and trip takes about an hour). Bus stop is a few blocks from the condo. The condo building is in a fairly safe part of town. There isn't much going on at night, and I felt pretty safe walking around. The host is great! Very responsive and welcoming when I communicated via Booking.com private messaging. They had a little setup of travel sized items for bathing and such, which was a nice touch. The instructions provided to get in were straightforward. Only issue I had was buzzing in to enter from the lobby after 'dialing' the condo number -- first night there, took three tries, but, might have been my own error somewhere. Overall, great stay in a great spot. I highly recommend if you're looking to save a bit on lodging and want to be downtown near some good eats and sights. If you're not going to have a car, be sure to scope out any stores you might need to visit/be prepared when packing... didn't seem like any places to get toiletries or other things too nearby (UberEats or DoorDash come in handy here!).
