Positive: We had an excellent 7-day stay at Conte Maris IV Villa and genuinely loved every minute of it. The villa is absolutely beautiful—modern, stylish, spotless, and even better than the photos. Everything felt new and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like something out of a fairytale. The garden, surrounded by beautiful olive trees, was stunning and created such a calming atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor dining table, where I enjoyed my morning coffee every day—I already miss those peaceful mornings. The hammock between the two olive trees was another favourite spot, especially for my kids. The swimming pool was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax. We also really appreciated the daily maintenance service. The staff cleaned the pool every day and always checked whether we needed fresh towels, toiletries, or anything else. Their hospitality was outstanding. Although we visited some lovely nearby beaches during our 7 days, we honestly never felt like leaving the villa because we enjoyed being there so much. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

Their warmth and hospitality was unmatched and literally made us feel at home! The property was immaculate and stunning! It was wonderful! Also thank you to Giota for her service on custodial needs. Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the private pool was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still offering privacy and tranquility. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Positive: We just spent at week at this beautiful villa, as a family of 4. The space is stunning and feels very homely, set behind high gates, we felt very safe there too. The upstairs bedroom feels like a little apartment in itself, with the rest of the villa spacious but cosy. The dining areas inside and outside are beautifully set, creating lovely memories for those evenings when not dining out. The outside shower is a great addition and came in useful when returning from the beaches near by. The pool is cleaned daily and a great depth and size for all to use. The location of the villa is also great, secluded enough to not be within the business of the holiday goers but still within walking distance to a local shop and beach. I would recommend a car hire to get to and from the local parade of shops, water park and closest town. The host Maris, is a really friendly and helpful guy. We felt very lucky to be one of the first families to make use of this villa and will definitely be returning here if/ when we next visit Greece.
Negative: Nothing to complain about.
