Positive: The house and Maria were really welcoming, we really love the garden and the outdoor shower. Maria was a lovely host, thanks for the figs and the precious suggestion. The house is fully equipped and comfortable, we will definitely love to return there. Definitely highly recommended

Negative: Small showers but definitely not a problem, well out passed by the outdoor shower

Positive: We loved the location, a short drive into Tsivil but away from the hustle and bustle. The views from the garden were stunning, it was a joy to have meals or coffees sat outside each day. Maria and her sister were also superstars and made our stay all the more wonderful by being so welcoming and helpful. If we come back to Zakynthos we will be certain to stay again!

Positive: Clean, cosy, nature around. Owners were super kind, attentive to details, gave us a lot of local food and veggies from their garden, which is close to the property.

Positive: Maria is a lovely host, ready to help you with anything you want. The house is perfect for a couple, is very cosy and the outside shower gives you a unique experience. The view from the patio is beautiful.

Negative: Be prepare with Autan for the mosquitos.

Positive: The location is rustic, is exactly as shown in the pictures and has a beautiful sea and mountain view. The host left us some coffee, water in the fridge, a complementary basket with edibles and also there were some local spices in the kitchen cabinets.Inside de apartment everything was very clean.

Negative: First and foremost OUR LIVES WERE PUT IN REAL DANGER as the rooftop of the terrace had a WASPS NEST and my mother is old and is allergic as well as my son. As you can see in the pictures the terrace furniture has some handmade chairs made frome logs. WASPS HAVE NESTED 3VEN INSIDE THOSE CHAIRS. Also, we have rented the apartment at least a month in advance and in the time being we had some talks with the host. I rented the whole premise and I booked it for two adults. I asked the host if I could bring my kid, as I noticed that, according to the apartment presentation, children aren't allowed here and she agreed for me to bring my son.When we arrive she started threatening us and tried to charge us extra for my kid but the booking agency didn't back her up.NOT TO MENTION THAT ONE OF THE GUARANTEED FACILITIES was a COVERED PRIVATE PARKING WHICH WE DID NOT RECEIVE , what we did receive was an entry to the courtyard, one that could BARELY FIT THE SUZUKI ALTO WE HAVE RENTED, a normal size car wouldn't fit without risking some scratches.The attitude of the host, for our whole staying was very insulting and aggressive. I HAVE THE RECORDINGS OF THE CONVERSATION WITH THE HOST AND I TOOK PICTURES AND FILMED EVERYTHING TO SUPPORT ALL ABOVE-MENTIONED. PS: The courtyard was full of olive trees and from dusk till dawn there were unbearable noises coming from those trees (we presume there were some kind of insects), so loud that you could barely hear yourself talking.ALSO EVERY TIME WE LEFT THE HOUSE THE WHOLE POWER WENT DOWN BECAUSE THE SISTEM WORKED WITH A CARD AND THE CARD WAS ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE KEY. So... every time we went back from our island trips, inside the apartment wasvery hot, water in the fridge was hot because the fridge and air-conditioning DO NOT WORK WITHOUT ELECTRIC POWER.

Summary: Beautiful view,the worst host we could get.
