Summary: We had a great experience with Izzy the communication was great his responses were quick, we appreciate the accommodations he made by allowing us to check in before check in time since we arrived earlier than anticipated, he assisted in us locating the condo as well as assisted with helping us find the nearest shopping centers over all he went above and beyond! Totally recommend the condo area was gated and fenced and needed key access to the building, again over all it was one of the best experiences!

Summary: Window in master needs to be sealed. It allows cold air into room and you can hear the cars. It showed a k cup and blender. Unable to locate.

Summary: First time experience, since there was not hotels we decided to try this, first time we booked from 09/04- 09/07 It got canceled, message received 09/03. I ended getting the same place.. 🤦🏻‍♀️not bad, but too noisy as has no air conditioning! We only had 1 roll and 1/2 toilet paper, we had no internet!Were not complaining until I got a message about a damaged mattress!! I only asked how do we know it wasn’t like that before? I thought of checking and I didn’t!
