Positive: The location was wonderful. Close to the city, but provided a feeling of solitude. Beautiful views of the ocean. The condo had all the comforts we needed for a wonderful stay.

Positive: Spectacular unit with furnished patio on top floor, several bedrooms, two living room spaces, wonderful swimming pool, hot tub, and gracious host. restaurant next door was nice too.

Negative: we called the host when we arrived as she needed to call building reception to let us in. this was minor though. everything was spectacular.

Positive: Great view, sunset just in front of you, good finishing, complete in terms of amenities, you can live there if you want. Small beach but cozy. Beach Club La Concha just beside the complex so that you can have all the meals reaching it by the beach

Positive: Location perfect! Small beach away from the crowds. Private facility with 24hr security. HOT TUB, great view of sunset, on every night at 4pm. Condo, huge! 3 bed, 3 bath, two living spaces with AMAZING views. Outdoor deck/patio areas x2 for whale watching and morning coffee. Drinking water available for minimum fee. Host very responsive, easy to work with. We will definitely come back!

Negative: Kitchen kinda small with dark lighting, but we cooked daily for our family of 5 without problem. Open shelving in kitchen a bit dusty, otherwise condo very clean, no smells.
