Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved unit 1230. It had everything we were seeking, and especially loved the big deck out back adjacent to the harbor. It was fully equipped with all essentials, clean, and overall, a 5-star condominium. We've been renting at Sandpiper Cove since 1983, so we've had many great stays there. This condo was the best one we've stayed in.

We I'm just walked 10 steps inside. Beautiful condo, lots of space and supplies to cook at home and eat breakfast on the gorgeous back patio overlooking the harbor. Unreal view! We had a great trip!

After checking in at the office we was welcomed with a warm smile and a very nice Lady who was so nice and answered all of questions. When we entered our condo I was very pleased with how nice it was so after putting our clothes away I went to the store and bought the food that we needed when returning and putting my things into the fridge and freezer that is when I discovered that both was not very cold after checking to see if it had been turned down but to my dismay that the settings was turned up and was praying that it would get colder after flipping the breaker but to my dismay it did not so I called for someone come check it out. After doing so he said well let’s see if after keeping it closed it did get a little and to keep my things from spoiling he went and got two coolers with ice and put everything in them and left a couple bottles of water in the freezer. The next morning it was a little cooler than the day before but not cold enough to freeze the water bottles had not froze so we had to make do with the coolers. That was the first thing then I went to put some things in the washing machine and found that it was full of wet towels and the washer was full of mold and I had to clean it before I could use it now other than those things we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay again even in the same condo as long as the firigerator has been replaced.
