Bright apartment located in the center of Viareggio, near the sea and the famous Promenade (which are less than 100 meters), the pinewood and the pedestrian area of the central market, offering endless possibilities for entertainment and shopping. The apartment is located, however, in a strategic position to reach, even on foot, the many services that the town offers, and is also easily accessible by train.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, is on two levels: the first floor is the living area, consisting of a large and new kitchen / living room (renovated in March 2018), and has a balcony overlooking the sea / mountains ; on the second floor there is the sleeping area (with wifi), with two spacious air-conditioned rooms (one double and one with two single beds) both with entrance to a large balcony overlooking the sea / mountains, a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

Summary: The appartment is well equipped, I would say - better than expected and without other (hidden) costs than those anounced. The owner takes care that everything is available: parking, towels, baby bed, bed sheets, even detergents, toilet paper etc. Communication with him is simple and he speaks english very well himself. Everything is functional with minor traces of use. The appartment is well situated some 100m from first Bagnos and not far away from city centers, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. Nothing to complain about.

Summary: We were very happy with this clean and modern apartment. It was as described as in the website. Excellent location- near to the beaches and all the necessary shops are in a walk-distance. The apartment was clean and the check-in/-out was very smooth. The facility manager, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. All the necessary household items are ready, and are in good shape. As in the photo, there is a small space where you can sit and relax gazing out from the window. My 5 year old son enjoyed reading his books at this quiet corner. We had an excellent stay in this apartment.

Summary: We stayed here for almost a whole month with our daughter (18 months). The house was super clean on arrival and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We immediately fell into a rhythm with the local shops - roast chicken for dinner from this spot, icecream from this other place, etc. It was lovely to be recognized and part of a community. The location is perfect, just 100 meters or so from the beach, we went back and forth many times with no issues. We also visited the pine forrest everyday, also just a 10 min walk or so away. Our month in this house was very special - highly recommend to anyone wantingto escape to a beautiful welcoming place. Also Daniel is super responsive and professional!

Summary: Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Excellent location. About 10 mins to the train station for those without a vehicle. And less than 5 mins to the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more convenient. The property manager, Daniel, was super nice and answered all our questions. He also provided us with a ride to/from the train station when we arrived and departed. This was very much appreciated - Thanks Daniel!

Summary: Great location just 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the station. The apartment had everything you could want even a kettle for us English! Good supermarket just 5 minutes away. Air conditioning and large ceiling fan in lounge area most welcoming. Daniel spoke good English and was most helpful . We stayed there for 2 weeks and would return. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Daniel.

Summary: Have stayed in Viareggio 3 times and this was far and away the best apartment we have stayed in so far. It was modern, clean with everything you would need. The position was amazing. Easy walk from train station and seconds to the sea front. Beds were very comfortable and a good shower in bathroom. Daniel was extremely helpful and even showed us round a couple of other apartments after we checked out. He very kindly left some fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Would highly recommend in fact we’re probably going to rebook for next year 😀
