Summary: Very nice home, well maintained with a beautiful garden and private swimming pool. The home has ecerything you need, including dishwasher, washing machine and good WiFi. Only thing which would have made the home even better was AC in the living areas and not only in the bedroom. The house gets quite warm inside.

Summary: Francesco allowed us to check in early and then spent considerable time showing us around the house , where everything was etc. then talked about the general area. The house is very well equipped and spacious. AC units in bedrooms are very effective. Pool is kept spotless and is ideal. Area residential but very quiet. Grass is kept very short so fewer insects than normal. House is 400 yds from good cafe for breakfast lunch and aperitivo, plus butchers and gelateria. Ten minutes walk to train station but also close to autostrada. Thoroughly recommend Francesco and the house.

Summary: A very clean property with a lovely pool. The owner, Francesco picked us up at the train station and went over the security system and the air conditioning/heating and showed us around the villa . Beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms had plenty of storage space. Great kitchen with everything we needed

Summary: My wife, 3 year old daughter, my mum and myself had a wonderful week in this lovely house. A great house, fab pool, excellent location in a great town. We have stayed in some great places but this is now a firm favourite. The beds are very comfy too and the house is lovely and spacious. Nothing to complain about at all! Francesco is also a lovely guy to deal with - cannot wait to return.

Summary: Had a great week at Torre del Lago what a lovely little community by the sea the villa itself was amazing spotlessly clean and didn't want for anything while we were there. Francesco and his brother Marco were extremely nice and welcoming and even brought us some fresh fruit and vegetables on Wednesday grown on his own land fantastico!!!the pool was nice and very cooling after being out in the sun all day.would like to say thanks again Francesco and Marco for a lovely week at your villa Grazie mille Anthony and cindy
