Summary: We were in CA for our son’s wedding, and stayed here with our best friends. The house was very spacious, although we had a few small glitches…the property manager was very responsive to all our queries.

Summary: This is the second stay at this house for our extended family. It is a great property for a large group. Lots of room and lots of rooms. The only issue we had were a few cleanliness items — the cupboard fronts and appliances all needed a good cleaning as there were grease splatters on them, and there was a cut fingernail on one of the bathroom counters when we checked in. Also, although it is not technically a cleanliness issue, the water is VERY hard, so all glasses and dishes required an extra rinse when coming out of the dishwasher and/or cupboards. Not great to have to use extra water during a drought. The enlarged and updated outside area is great, as long as you don’t mind flies from the neighbor’s horses. We definitely recommend this property as long as it is thoroughly cleaned beforehand and a few idiosyncrasies don’t bother your group.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family reunion. It is a lovely and spacious home with various sitting areas inside and outside so people can spread out. The ample kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Thank you to Nicole who was always very responsive. It was my first time renting a vacation house and all in all it was a wonderful experience.

Summary: This large home is just what we needed for family and friends gathering in town for a wedding. Owner very responsive to my questions. Loved the privacy and country atmosphere. Lots of comfortable furniture: inside and out. Beautiful gourmet kitchen. Two sitting areas for television viewing or conversation. Everyone in our group enjoyed staying here .... preferring it to staying in hotel rooms. It was a very enjoyable experience for us and we'll go back when we have another opportunity .
