Summary: I needed a modest place to stay in Camarillo for an extended period, and this studio apartment fit the bill--close to downtown and yet up in the hills with stunning views. The owner, Nicole, was responsive and warm, which helped, as my check-in was a little rocky (codes for lockbox and internet weren't communicated accurately but smoothed out--be sure to get a phone number so you can get in touch easily). The location is safe and quiet. A couple of things I missed in the description--the actual apartment is not pictured from the outside--it is over the garage and up a narrow flight of stairs, which I had not expected. (I had to unpack one huge suitcase in my car and haul armfuls of stuff up the stairs); and there is no oven so my dreams of holiday baking were busted. Overall, these details were not deal breakers and I would happily rent this place again, now I have familiarized myself with the details.

Summary: This unit has everything a person needs for a "long" but short term stay! Very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I stayed here a month and unit beats hotel suites by far. Nicole and Eva were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Summary: I was in from out on a job & hotel bills were killing me until I found the Rebers! I stayed in the Studio apartment above the garage for six months & do not have a single complaint. On arrival the apt was immaculate & well equipped. The apt is not huge but the space is used efficiently & has everything you need - Kitchen, Bathroom, Queen Bed, Pull-out Sofa, Flat-screen & even a walk in closet with Washer/Dryer! The property is beautiful & nestled away in a quiet residential foothill neighborhood overlooking Camarillo. The outside is equally well equipped with two fire pits, a large lawn & both charcoal & gas bar-b-que's. Would highly recommend both the property & the people. The Rebers are professional & kind & will go out of their way to ensure that your stay exceeds all of your expectations!

Summary: Our one-month stay in this apartment was perfect! On arrival, we found it to be spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood, but only a few minutes from shopping and restaurants in the lovely town of Camarillo. The 101, one of the main freeways, is only a few minutes away, making trips to the beach or other SoCal attractions easy and convenient. We also enjoyed many happy hours on the attractive and spacious grounds of the property. But the biggest perk of all is the owner/manager, Eva, who was so helpful, accommodating, and available to address our questions and needs. We feel as if we came as guests but left as friends. We will definitely rent this apartment again next year when we return to California for a month!
