The unit is located downstairs to our parents main home. They are an older low maintenance couple that you will never know is there. You have your private entrance with no necessary interaction and your private parking space. You will need to climb down numerous outdoor stairs to your entrance.
We will have a check in and a check out process that is not required to interact with host. You will receive your unique door keypad code on the day of your arrival.
Located in a quiet friendly neighborhood that is known for its scenic views. A great neighborhood to go on a walk but be ready for a few inclines.

Summary: Very cute & clean. We enjoyed it very much! The only downside was the parking for us as we have a 2500 Ram truck… tight spot & tough to get luggage out once in designated space. (other truck in driveway to maneuver around.) Side parking on the rocks did not look safe as we would’ve been hanging over the edge to the street. ( winding road) Although the stairs going down were a little steep, it was well lit. We would def book again & have recommended to others. Thanks y’all.

Summary: Looking for an alternative to the hotels in the downtown area and decided to go with the Vrbo found this one in the perfect location for me… Worked great and I am coming back in a couple weeks. It was that kind of good.

Summary: Location is close enough to downtown and all out door activities. Quick 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The view from the patio is beautiful, but this also means you need to be prepared for some winding roads. Not bad though. Parking spot beside the garage is tight but worked for our midsize suv. The unit is big, just oddly laid out with a long room as you walk in that has 2 beds and a couch, no closet in the room. There is a door you can close that leads into the living area where the kitchen, closet, and bathroom is. Kitchen had everything you need, there is not an ice maker or dishwasher so be prepared to buy ice and hand wash dishes. There is AC which was great for the warmer afternoon and a washer and dryer if needed. You can easily sleep 5 comfortably, only downside would be the bathroom is not that big. The bedroom area is concrete with throw rugs and living area is all carpet. If you are sensitive to cleaning products or plugins that may bother you because there was a very strong smell the whole time we were there, even though we unplugged all the plugins. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again.
