The rental is private and accessible from a separate back entrance, and features a small living room area with extendable dining table (2-4 places), private bathroom, your own washer and dryer as well as a kitchen aisle with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed, has a window.
Bedroom #2: Single bed, does not have a window.
We are only 2 walkable blocks away from the King Edward Canada Line train station. From there you can directly go to YVR Airport or downtown Vancouver. We are 1 block from Cambie Street.
Visitors arriving at YVR can take the Canada Line to the rental quite easily and it is only a short train ride to continue downtown.
Our rental is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy Vancouver or connect to UBC, Vancouver General Hospital (VGH), BC Women's and Children's Hospital, YVR Airport and many other locations. It is a good base to discover all Vancouver has to offer.
We are only a few steps from Cambie Village, where you can find coffee shops, a drugstore, supermarket, many restaurants, bakeries, and one of the best ice cream places in Vancouver (Rain or Shine).
PARKING:
Free street parking is only between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM or in 2-hour increments during the day. Please note, there is no private parking available.

Summary: Brian and Sabine were wonderful hosts this past weekend! We appreciated all of the information they provided, especially in regards to the events going on around town. The property is located in a quiet little neighborhood near a train station and is perfect for those wanting to experience Vancouver. It was super clean and they kindly provided a few snacks and drinks for us. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Summary: Brian and Sabine's place was perfect for us...very easy in and out, sparklingly clean and well designed, the rental worked well for us. We had no trouble parking in the neighborhood close by and though there are some neighborhood parking restrictions it wasn't a problem. We highly recommend their place for a couple to use for their Vancouver visit. We will be back as it is only a few blocks from our Canadian family's house.
