Positive: Comfy room, quiet neighbourhood with easy access location everywhere. Very warm and dry, with free laundry facilities, functional kitchen and clean spacious fridge, an outside seating area balcony with roof. Despite a minor language barrier the host is very kind and accomodating, and helped me sort out any minor issues.
