Vacation Rental Savannah – 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, private guest house that sleeps up to 6(call for additional people). TWO NEW MEMORY FOAM BEDS - QUEEN AND TWIN (others on the way. The cottage is located on the south side of Savannah on 1 ½ acre lot, close to the Truman Parkway, shopping & Lake Mayer (a park with picnic, 1 ½ mile path, fishing, tennis and basketball courts +). Handicap Accessible, Fully furnished and includes many Appliances & Laundry Room, plenty of Kitchenware, Netflix, WIFI, Fire Pit & Picnic area and fenced in yard. This cottage is 10 minutes from Downtown and Historic District and 30 minutes from Tybee island. There is plenty of parking available. Utensils for Oyster Roast or Savannah’s Famous Low Country Boil are available upon request. There is also a $150 party fee (15+ persons, payable upon arrival). THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE. Fence is around a complex that includes other cottages and front gate left open. Pets must be housebroken, have current flea protection and cleaned up after. Others may have pets with them so I ask that no pet is left outside unattended and must be cleaned up after them. There is a newly installed Ring Door Security. It is turned on for your arrival and turned off after you arrive.

Summary: This was a great rental for our family. The host was very friendly and responsive. We were in town for a wedding, and the location was perfect. It was very easy to get around town. Summary: It was a very nice stay. The property sits on quite a bit of land and offers a lot of outdoorsy things to do. I really liked the spacious land with trees and other brush that was so beautiful. I really wish I had arranged more time to just sit outdoors and admire my surroundings.
