Positive: Great location (Wells Branch) for our needs. Easy access to Mopac and IH 35. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Justin is definitely meticulous about his property.

Negative: No complaints. Just wish we could have spent more time enjoying the house.

Negative: We typically stay in hotels so adjusting to a house in an established subdivision was different for us.

Positive: Spacious, stylish, tasteful, and thoughtfully equipped. Loved the back yard. Very clean. Groceries nearby. Only quibble: neighborhood, though quiet and attractive, was fairly far from the airport and somewhat out of the way for most Austin attractions. We managed, though. Close to Round Rock, which has a thriving downtown.

Negative: Distance from airport and other attractions.

Summary: Terrific house, with everything we could want. Without the toll roads, however, it’s a slog.

Positive: This property exceeded all our expectations. It was well appointed, fully equipped and frankly "cosey" just like home should be. All the spaces were well furnished and comfortable and the host had either personal or finishing touches from plants to art along with books and games. The supplied "guide book" for house related items and local "pro tips" was thoughfull and very helpful. Things like washer and dryer and barbeque were nice bonuses to have. I'd recommend this place to anyone with 5 star marks and would be very happy to stay here again on any future visits.
