Beautifully furnished and set to relax on the end of a quiet culdesac along one of Austin's best greenbelts and parks. Enjoy the 600 in one classic arcade, or go for a stroll to the fishing pond at the end of the trail (out the back door!) or easily shoot down the highway to downtown Austin, the nearby Domain or the Round Rock outlet malls. This house has everything you need for a great stay!
Main living areas are open and spacious with great light and an amazing deck overlooking the creek and greenbelt trail.
The whole house is yours. For an extra fee we can give you the garage too.
You'll be given a code to the door before you arrive. Reach out if you need us otherwise just enjoy yourself!
This is a great family oriented neighborhood and this house is a gem right on the trail leading to one of Austin's best parks and fishing ponds.
You'll need a car or uber but if you want to avoid downtown traffic the Howard Station for the Metro rail is only a mile away.
No crazy parties please. If you get loud when you drink please do your drinking down at 6th street and then Uber home and go to bed!
We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The property was located in a great neighborhood, with access to a park, food, entertainment and I-35. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Older home, but very comfortable. Plenty of room for a medium or large family. Beautiful views from the deck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very responsive to all our requests. Would definitely rent the property again!

Summary: This property was perfect for us, knowing the area a little bit, we were able to locate the property without a problem. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and just a very short walk from the park. Everything you need within a few minutes driving distance and just away enough from downtown to not make it a chore. Great service and communication with the owner and property manager Joel.

Summary: Quite comfortable. Completely stocked and furnished. Not particularly easy to find (take your GPS) but a very good location for outdoor activities. Bunk beds in the "boys" room, huge master bath, updated appliances etc and nicely furnished. Spotless. Toys and distractions everywhere. "Hidden" loft a big hit with the kids. Only miss was the bed in the "girls" room - wasn't really acceptable for 2 adults.

Summary: Loved the back yard and patio. It is just a few steps away from hiking trails and a beautiful park. The house was comfortable and up to date. The location was convenient to major routes to any where in Austin. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Summary: This is way better than good. The deck overlooking the water and jogging trail makes it feel secluded while being in the middle of Round Rock surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The tennis complex is less than two minutes away and the park and lake are great. The house was clean and totally comfortable. We enjoyed streaming the Final Four and just kicked back and enjoyed just hanging out. I have to mention the antique Indonesian saddle. We do horses and have our share of saddles but nothing quite like this. It has to be at least 300 years old. I really enjoyed handling it. Thanks for a great Easter break.

Summary: This house was so inviting when you walk through the door. It was more than we expected and we loved everything from the secret room upstairs to the sonos wireless system throughout the house to the deck with the hammock and outdoor fireplace. The trail and running stream behind the house was very beautiful and we were able to have a mini photoshoot. I will definitely be using this house again the next time i visit Austin!

Summary: This place was so comfortable! Master bathroom and bedroom were perfect. The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system which easily connects with your phone and has speakers in every room, making for a great time. The backyard was clean and relaxing, and the access to the trail system was great for evening walks with my wife. The trails even lead you to the near-by pool, which was perfect for hot Austin. Also, the neighborhood of this location was excellent and safe. A high class place all around.

Summary: This was an incredibly relaxing stay in Austin! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. My husband and I took walks through the neighborhood and park (which has a trail right behind the home), and it was simply wonderful. It's nice and quiet, and the park has a pool that we enjoyed. The inside of the house is seriously super spacious, the couches and bed are very comfortable, and the TV makes watching soccer (or anything for that matter) a great experience. We would definitely come here again!
