Negative: The place was not cleaned. The towels smelled very bad - damp and they were yellow. The place (sofa, carpets and floor) smelled like they were never cleaned. The floor was dusty, dirty and we had to clean (sweep) ourselves. The light (for the stove) was not working. The fan on the stove was not working (no buttons). The windows - you wouldn’t open. It was dirty and the screens were broken. The AC was not working throughout the whole time - we had to message the owner for the tenant to turn it on. But had to buy towels for ourselves as well as we had to buy toilet paper since there was only 2 for 4 people. The place said pet friendly - her tenants told her we had pets. We were told Thursday (after check in) there would be an extra charge since pets require extra cleaning (but her place says - pets at no extra charge). The tenants upstairs were very rude, loud and their dog. Every thing we came in or out - the dog barked at there was no attempt to keep him quiet. Overall the place smelled bad - was not clean. We had a dog sitter that came in and had said the place is a dump. The lady was communicative - when I called her. But when messaging via booking.com - No response.
