Summary: 1)Water never got hot enough for me, so my shower was not very pleasant. 2)The person/people above me were loud when they were walking around in the middle of the night. (Not sure if it’s how they walk or they were heavier) 3)The mini refrigerator made weird noise all night long…sounded like it’s on its last leg.

Summary: We were on the second floor and felt like we heard everything going on above us, finally stopping at 1a then re-starting at 425a. The property is fine, bathroom had some chips in the tub and surround. But recommend requesting the third floor to ensure a good nights sleep.

Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Towels were nice and clean. Pool area looked clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel somewhat noisy. When a nearby door slams, the walls shake. The outlet, with the lights, next to the bed was shorted out. I found trash when I moved the table to look for the wall outlet. But overall, good.

Summary: Had to request clean bedding as ours wasn’t cleaned well but other than that it was a great stay and staff was very accommodating with new bedding and making the beds with fresh linens. No complaints
