Summary: A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back.

Summary: House was exactly as advertised quiet neighborhood close to campus, clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with, no concerns. Would rent again, if we travel to Muncie again!! We were in town for a family wedding, and we were within 10 minutes of the North Church Venue!!

Summary: The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!

Summary: This stay was wonderful. Everything you might need for a kitchen, for comfort is there. Four bedrooms! Big dining table. Very roomy for a big group and still homey for Jim and I. All instructions are clear and simple. The quiet neighborhood was a plus. There is even a garage for your car and games for the backyard.

Summary: We were in town for a family reunion and had a great stay. The house was minutes to were we needed to be. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and a 1 year old.
