Positive: Gorgeous, spacious property with a great central location. Renovation was sensitively done, and everything feels really well put together and well chosen. Having a private garage was a real plus, and so were the laundry facilities.

Negative: It got a bit noisy due to the restaurant downstairs on New Year's Eve, but that's to be expected. There's a bit of light that bleeds in from the windows in the master suite--maybe recommend bringing a sleep mask.

Summary: Lovely and spacious, great place.

Positive: This was my first time in Muncie, IN, and I must say this apartment is stunning! I loved the modernization of the traditional space. It was SO MUCH SPACE, and therefore a great deal for the money. The kitchen has everything needed for use, and the bathrooms are lovely. The owners were very accessible, made check in extremely easy, and could not have been more gracious regarding my lack of due-diligence on whether or not the space allowed pets. Please be aware, the rental DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. I do plan to be in Muncie again, occasionally, and if they will have me, I will definitely stay here again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental.
