Negative: In the booking confirmation, Booking.com had specified that breakfast is available at property @299 Rs/person and can be paid at hotel. However, when we tried to order breakfast, the hotel was asking us to pay INR 399/Person. The management of hotel says that it is faults of Booking.com and they don't have any such contract. I don't know why the booking was not available including breakfast?

Summary: Hotel is comfortable, Breakfast is average and not justify the cost charged by hotel

Positive: Nice new hotel. Good staff. General manager (or may be it was owner) is very friendly and pleasant in communication. Main attractions of Old Goa are within 10 minutes drive by car/bike.
