Positive: Great Place, I booked it for my mom and dad and cant thank them enough for how nice everyone was. They have restaurant on top and its breakfast included and they also serve lunch and dinner just out of pocket. Good proximity to all services around the city . Most importantly great staff

Positive: Great hotel, lovely staff, right opposite the bus station. It's well maintained, had working TV, aircon, fridge and running water. They have a generator for the electricity blackouts. Beds were comfortable and the room a great size. Breakfast was also delicious
Negative: The aircon unit in my room dripped the whole time and the bathroom had some smells from the plumbing but nothing major

Negative: all was well for me. Can you please investigate and get back to me. I paid using my card at the hotel on the 4th of May 2025, and yesterday, the 19th of May 2025, a deduction from my account happened again. similar amount. Is it possible if the hotel a reversal on this transaction please.
