Positive: Cozy and nicely updated rooms. Was very quiet and the loft was a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee or tea. We stayed for an appt at the University of Washington hospital and the location is great. You could definitely walk to the hospital from the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms had everything you needed.

Negative: The parking isn’t very convenient and it’s a very busy area with college students. There isn’t air conditioning or stairs but the rooms have ceiling fans and oscillating fans as well. The stairs weren’t an issue for us but could be if you had mobility issues.

Summary: Quant and cozy hotel with the basics.

Positive: The main attraction for us was the location. My husband had an appointment at UW Medical Center and we were able to walk. The room was very clean.

Negative: We were given the wrong room information and the staff person helped us put the code in to open the door. Unfortunately it was someone else's room! We were eventually able to get into the correct room. The room was very clean and the only complaint we had was that the pillows were so hard that we really didn't sleep well.

Summary: The hotel is unique and close to UW.
