Modern townhouse in Seattle’s University District—just north of downtown and close to transit, shops, and dining. Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. Main floor features a full kitchen, half bath, sleeper sofa, floor mattress, and TV. Includes a private garage, full-size laundry, and small fenced yard—perfect for a convenient and comfortable stay.
I like to give guests space to enjoy their stay without interruption, but I am available via text, phone, and email if needed.
The townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 7 blocks west of the UW campus and a 10–15 minute walk to the University District Light Rail Station. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are even closer, and the Burke-Gilman Trail is just 2 blocks away—perfect for walking, running, or biking.
Guests will have the full access to the entire town house.

Head upstairs to a bright and open living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed—perfect for extra guests—and provides access to the backyard via a small staircase.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a desk, chair, and individual AC units for personalized comfort. A clean, shared bathroom with a shower is located between the two bedrooms.
This home is perfect for small groups, business travelers, or families looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay with easy access to all that Seattle has to offer.
Many buses nearby, you can check King County Metro, or the app onebusaway for specific routes.
Light Rail (to SeaTac airport and other locations) is a short walk.

This townhouse is in a great location close to the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle and other destinations- Green Lake, Gas Works Park- are easy to get to.
We will send front door code and let you know when the place is ready on the day of your arrival.
There is parking for one car included, be aware that larger vehicles may not fit. Free street parking and a paid lot are within three blocks.
Heat is controlled by thermostats in the stairways and front bedroom- the back bedroom has a space heater. There is a portable AC unit in the upstairs bedroom.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home.
No smoking in or on the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Summary: We just needed something close to the u district and this served our needs. Certainly not the Ritz but we were comfortable

Summary: The property is very clean, the main level is well furnished, and the location is very convenient to the University. However, the bedrooms are very cramped - the bed fills up almost the entire room and there’s nowhere to open a suitcase.

Summary: This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.

Summary: The unit was very nice and clean and in a good location. Easy walk to lots of stuff. The photos are accurate. It does have AC as advertised, but its not a central AC, it's a single unit upstairs. But most houses here have this setup and few have central AC. The unit did a good job of keeping the upstairs cool. The downstairs was a little warm. We stayed in the summer so we didnt use the heater. I'm sure the heater works fine. The only issue we had was it's advertised to sleep 8 but there is just no way. It's only got two beds and a sofa sleeper / futon. That's 6 adults. There was a small twin mattress tucked away that could have slept another person but there's really no place to put it. Also, there are 1 & 1/2 baths. Not two. 6 adults with one shower is tough. And the place is kind of small so having 6 adults there gets a bit crowded. All that said, this is a great little place and would be perfect for 4 people and we really enjoyed our stay here.
