Positive: Very close to campus, very close to a train/subway station that gave us easy access to all of Seattle.

Negative: Very interesting stay. This was an apartment in U of Washington student housing (but what do you expect from being this close to campus, right?); boy did we get looks from the other students in the hallways when we came in, (a 69, 65 and 40 year-old wearing Ohio State gear). The building was dated (as all campus housing tends to be), but our room was well maintained and very clean, no complaints there. I'm guessing that the company that owns the building (and rents the rooms out) has kept this room vacant solely to use for VRBO (and actually, in retrospect, what a great business move on a large college campus like U of Washington!). The building, and our room, were very secure, and the building must have been rented out to all pre-med students - it was incredibly quiet for a campus apartment building. Again, not really quite what I was expecting but in retrospect a nice stay, I would do it again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property!

Negative: The kitchen was not well equipped enough for decent cooking. There was no cup for coffee even there was a coffee maker, no extra garbage bag. Would have been a big plus to have a solid dining table and chair.
