Positive: Nice place, outside sitting was also good. Also owner shared instuction and tips online, so we have some advices what to do from him.

Negative: Unfortunately I cannot recommend for groups of friends, we were in 4 people in really small rooms, too small shower and bathroom. It's better for pairs or parents and kids.

Positive: The communication with the host was easy and well organised. The self-check in worked really well. Since we were arriving later in the evening it was really important to us to be able to get to the apartment any time. Beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a parking space in front of the building. Nice decoration inside and a lot of plants. We specially liked it that it was pet friendly.

Positive: Parking possibility. Quiet. Nice location: possibility to walk, bycicle.

Negative: Cleanliness - self cleaning might impact the quality. Upper floor and not comfortable staircase. Not enough space. May be for young people or single visitor is ok. But for couple the room was too small. Booking com links were not working - it was not possible to send id info. Taking into account risks - there should be less links used in Booking com services and info exchange.
