Positive: Great location in the outskirts of Tallinn. The area is very green, the beach is closeby, and the port is closeby. The beds were comfortable. Small balcony is perfect to sit outside in the evening. Owner was flexible to welcome us at a later time than expected.

Negative: Kitchen and bathroom were kind of dirty. An old washcloth still there.

Positive: we got the balcony room, the view was amazing and eating breakfast outside the room was an excellent morning starter. Shower and restroom was clean. They had also a hair dryer. There is a minimalistic kitchen with frying and boiling option, so you can make a delicious food. We loved the independence in this guest house.

Negative: Seperate oldish beds with weird bedsheets. Room was sort of clean, but very dusty. Knife’s, fork’s and spoons were old and we washed them and the dishes before using. Shower and kitchen isn’t private as it is said in this site, because we are sharing it with others. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance and then they gave us slipper’s, we weren’t ready for that kind of strange rules.

Summary: We liked the atmosphere and welcoming host, but they should keep up with dust cleaning before guest’s are coming.
