Positive: Fabulous hosts. Lots of little extras that made your stay more comfortable. Clean and spacious. Interior well presented.
Negative: Little way out of Palermo but stll all attractions walkable.

Positive: The bathroom is beautifully fitted and thought through to the smallest detail: a sewing kit, hand sanitiser, toothbrushes, shower caps and disposable slippers. A refreshing drink was waiting in the fridge, along with food for the first breakfast, so you don't have to rush to the shop after a long journey. There's Americano coffee and also a classic Italian coffee maker that makes fantastic coffee. The location is perfect: a quiet neighbourhood and a calm street, yet everything is within walking distance. The market is about 10 minutes away and the main sights 10 to 15 minutes at a relaxed pace (roughly 0.75–1.25 km). Check-in and check-out were completely seamless. But what truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Adriana and Luka. On our last day, as we had a late flight, they kindly kept our luggage at their place. And when my son suddenly felt unwell in the city, they came to pick us both up by car without hesitation. Their kindness and care went far beyond what anyone could expect. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly, highly recommended. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Positive: Staff were exceptionally accommodating, particularly as we had 2 young children. They were kind and made sure our stay was the best as it could be. The accommodation was very clean and there was nothing to fault. We appreciated the little touches of them buying some essentials for the fridge.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was also great, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the owners. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and a delicious cake for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It really made the stay feel personal and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely welcoming hosts.

Positive: Coco's House exceeded our expectations - the photos on line are a true representation of this beautifully presented, spacious apartment. It was spotlessly clean. From check in (late, due to our flight arrival time), to check out, Adriana and Gianluca were amazing hosts; they looked after us really well and gave us advice on what to visit while in Palermo. They helped with bag storage and Gianluca kindly escorted us to the train station on our last day! The apartment is well equipped with everything you might require; the furnishings are comfortable and we slept really well - the beds are very comfortable. Coco's House is in a great location, a short walk from the busy / historic part of the city and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. Overall, this apartment is exceptional value, and excellent in every element of a holiday rental : clean, spacious, well equipped, welcoming and well priced. Book it now and don't be disappointed!

Positive: We had an excellent experience at this apartment in Palermo. The location is very convenient, just about a 3-minute walk from the city center, which made it perfect for walking around and exploring. The apartment is even more spacious than it looks in the photos, and it actually looks better in real life. It was very clean, newly decorated, and extremely well equipped. You can tell that every detail was carefully thought through, almost as if someone truly lives there, rather than it feeling like an impersonal rental. There is no dedicated parking space, but we were able to find free street parking right on the street where the apartment is located, which was a big plus. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts: coffee, something sweet for breakfast, and even some fruit in a fruit basket. Small details like these really make a difference and made us feel very welcome. We only have good things to say about the hosts. They were some of the kindest people we have met in this kind of context, very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. We would happily come back whenever we have the chance.
