Summary: This VRBO is located just steps from both the Bay and to the Oceanside of the Pennisula. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and the host has done a perfect job of providing everything you need. There is a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, as well as ziploc bags that make it easy to store leftovers, or pack something up to take to the beach. Hosts provides beach chairs and beach towels. The bathroom has nice amenities like shampoo/conditioner, razors, mini deodorant. Thank you!!! This made our vacation so much easier to be able to just arrive and relax in your beautiful VRBO. We will definitely be coming back to this getaway retreat.

Summary: Had a 3 day weekend stay over Labor Day weekend. The host was very descriptive about the check-in process, which made things very easy. The unit was perfectly clean and had all the amenities that we needed for the stay. The garage is small, so we mainly parked on the street (out of convenience) but it was nice knowing that it was an option in case there was not anything else avaliable. The location is ideal for beach goers and is reasonably quiet. It's a little far to walk to 2nd Street, but it can be done. It's a short drive or Uber away. We found Carmen to be a very responsive and gracious host. I would definitely recommend for couples looking for a reasonable place to stay close to the beach. Not the best for nightlife, but better for relaxing and quiet.
