Positive: We loved the location, the outdoor patio and the set up of the house! The beds were cozy and there was plenty of throw blankets for the chilly ocean breeze. The owner was wonderful and very helpful! We felt at home and would definitely recommend anyone going to long beach to stay there!
Negative: We have an SUV so parking was a little tight but it was nice that it was private.

Positive: Very friendly owners! The house was ready for us and the owner waited till late for us to give us the keys and guide through the rooms and facilities. We got some soft drinks in the refridgerator and beers as a gift from the owners. There is a parking available for the guests. The house is equipped with two separate bathrooms, so it is very convenient for a family or group of people. Full kitchen available. The house is located in Long Beach, so in a good place and quite short driving distance to Disneyland. The house is actually at the beach, so cannot be any better (subject to weather, of course). We were given towels for daily use and towels for the beach use. We were there as a family of 5 and it was great choice.
Negative: Actually the only possible downside of the house is a long waiting time for the warm water to show from the tap. But it is so minor issue...
