Summary: Great space! Very comfortable, a couple of bars and shopping right across the street. We biked to the lighthouse and beach. Lots of fun in this g of an island.

Summary: This is an absolutely beautiful house! The property is beautiful in person, and had plenty of room for our party of 10. We enjoyed eating in the backyard and playing some card games on the sun porch. It was a walk to the beach, but nothing unmanageable. It’s close to many amazing restaurants but still in a quiet part of the island. The only problem we encountered was dealing with excessive trash bags, which the owner helped us solve. Jenny was extremely easy to contact and quickly answered if we had a question. It was an amazing stay!

Summary: The property is beautiful and spacious! There was more than enough space for my entire extended family. The property has a very beachy vibe and everyone loved it. Beds were comfy, appliances are mostly new, and the game room is well kept with a nice pool table! The property is an easy walk to the bay beaches at Byers St and a longish walk from North Beach and the lighthouse (~1mi). If you bring bikes it will be an easy ride. Almost 3 miles to Tybrisa Beach entrance and Boardwalk area, so plan on driving or golf carts to those beaches. Overall, not a bad location, but I know it was hard to see exactly where the property was located pre-booking. It's almost directly across the street from Huc-A-Poos right on HWY 80. It's convenient to everything but not exactly a walk out the door to the beach location. That's not a bad thing! The house is great. Lots of parking for 4-5 cars. Communication from the renter was excellent. No complaints at all. A fun vacation spot and a beautiful house!

Summary: Jenny is amazing!!! Communicated very well with me. Right across the road from a great pizza place and bar, Huc a poos! Only 20 minutes from Savannah and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place over and over again!! Also easy parking for the 4 cars we had!

Summary: Perfect location for a family or friend get-a-way. Location is away from the hustle and bustle and near to local coffee shop, shopping and restaurants. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and is nice, clean and not crowded. Property is very nice, clean and bedrooms are great - but two bathrooms for 14 people is a bit of a stretch. We had 8 people so it worked for us. We very much enjoyed the location of the property and proximity to Savannah and Tybee attractions including the lighthouse. It was a great week for all and the house was perfect!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room, entertainment options (billiards, swing, firepit, etc.) and located in a great area. Shops, coffee, food, drinks, etc. - all within 2 minutes walking across the street. Be careful - parking is tough in Tybee so make sure you get out to the beaches early!

Summary: Although it was a great and central location on Tybee Island, we were not very happy about the property. Check-in was initially delayed by 30 minutes due to cleaning delays. The property was not nearly as clean as pictured, the furniture was very worn down and old and dirty, and there were bugs inside the home. Overall, we thought the condition of the property did not measure up to the value we paid. However, contact with the host was very quick and helpful. We were happy to have parking and to be at a very central location.

Summary: The house was nice and great for family vacation. I thought it was closer to beach but other than that - it was great. When we got there, one toilet was broken and the dishwasher leaked. It took some time to get in touch with owner but when I did, she arranged repair. Overall, a nice place and value for the cost.

Summary: The Inn is super cute and southern with its flamingo pink exterior and large covered porches. It's vintage historic details are everywhere! I couldn't stop staring at the beautiful original hardwood floors. Our group loved socializing in the beautiful courtyard. The Inn is also SO close to the beach and just around the corner from a lot of restaurants. The bed was a king, the kitchenette was HUGE with full sized appliances, and the rental included use of a FREE parking pass during your stay!! Cant wait to come back!
