Positive: Great aaccesible accomodation - so totally impressed - clean comfortable and wheelchair accessible. So happy with the facility and accommodation and service.

Negative: We were charged for mini bar facilities that we didn't use. It feels really vulnerable to have provisions in the room that we didn't use but we have no come back when the facility says we did. We didn't ask for these and didn't use them but were charged... Not good enough
