Our place is perfectly located near Downtown. Walking distance to Shoreline Village, a great area to walk outdoors with shops and restaurants.
A nice 1 mile walk or drive to the Convention Center, 2 miles to the Queen Mary and one minute to all freeways to Downtown L.A Disneyland and all the beaches up and down the coast! Walk to Ocean ave or Pine ave to the local shopping and night life!

Summary: Good place to stay with co-workers for event at the convention center. Only downside is having to take stairs to the 3rd floor for the top 2 bedrooms but we survived. Ha

Summary: We had family come into town for a bridal shower from 5 different states! This was a perfect house for us. There was a large gathering area on the first floor! We walked around the park that is across the street one morning!

Summary: Our family traveled from the east coast for a wedding in Long Beach. Our VRBO was very convenient to the wedding venue and Disneyland. We took the boys fishing off the Seal Beach and Santa Monica piers. Thank you for the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We had a great time.
