Summary: The instructions were getting in were not available until just before we needed to get in. We actually waited in the lobby for a while. Communication came from two or three different sources not just Hotels.com. In the maze of all my emails it was hard to find. Otherwise, a very good stay

I wanna literally move in forever...communication coukd be way faster and better but overall...man this place is a hidden gem and i HAVE and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND ...close to all main attractions in long beach ... bars ... aquarium ...beach...restaurants...man i will be specifically be back for room 108!!!!!

Summary: The building has its own unique charm and is centrally located. Accessing our unit was very simple and stress-free and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property wasn’t the easiest, I couldn’t for the life of me find a number to reach anyone and when I finally did online it took forever to get back to me. Also there was no signage for the laundry room. One sign would be very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Fantastic! it is located within walking distance to many restaurants and most attractions in downtown, very unique and clean small studios, it was nice to have a full kitchen if you like to cook, their rates are fair.

Summary: I was truly impressed by the convenience I experienced in terms of having the access codes in my phone SMS and not having to wait for anyone.
