Positive: It's right next to the trails, albeit at the foot of a 0.8 mile steep uphill. The sauna and hot tub were great. The room was spacious with a fridge, microwave and kettle and there were a few food items that could be purchased at reception. It's quiet in a tranquil setting.

Negative: Far from any shops, cafes or restaurants (all in Boulder 4 miles away) so if you don't have a car it's inconvenient. The room was too rather dark as they're all below the hill so don't benefit from natural sunlight (in April).

Summary: You need a car, but once there it's great for the trails

Positive: Lovely little place, just outside Boulder which was perfect for us as we could get an Uber in for the bars and restaurants but then hop in the car and set off for our road trip. We didn’t really use any facilities but I saw there was a sauna and bbq set ups, lots of seating, overlooking a lovely little stream running through the place. The room was comfortable, it is basic in some areas but it was just what we needed. We had the jacuzzi room which was fun, and it had sky views!

Negative: Not applicable!

Summary: Great for adventurers and road trip pit stops!

Negative: Pillows were horrible and too small. Standard pillows should be the standard Exit is very dangerous. Add stop sign and mirror to see oncoming traffic.
