Positive: It's right next to the trails, albeit at the foot of a 0.8 mile steep uphill. The sauna and hot tub were great. The room was spacious with a fridge, microwave and kettle and there were a few food items that could be purchased at reception. It's quiet in a tranquil setting.
Negative: Far from any shops, cafes or restaurants (all in Boulder 4 miles away) so if you don't have a car it's inconvenient. The room was too rather dark as they're all below the hill so don't benefit from natural sunlight (in April).
Summary: You need a car, but once there it's great for the trails
