Great natural lighting which comes from both sides of the Aegean Archipelago: through the balcony of the bedroom, one can contemplate Anafi and eastern Aegean, though the seating room has a breathtaking view of the caldera, and several Aegean islands, such as Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros. The Villa has a living room with a sofa bed and a dinner table for 2 persons. A kitchenette is available with the basic kitchen essentials and a stove where you can cook your own meals. Nespresso machine is available for your morning coffee. The bedroom has a private door and a private balcony on the backyard.
Outdoors there is a big dinner table available where you can enjoy your meals along with the magnificent view to the Caldera cliffs and the Sea. Next to that, you will find our amazing heated swimming pool which you can enjoy throughout the year! Sun loungers are available for your relaxation.
The villa has a private parking right outside.
The location is about 15 minutes walk from the village of Imerovigli, where you can find many restaurants and bars or have a walk and get great pictures. The main walking path that connects Fira town to Oia village passes right down the Villa so you can use it to get to Imerovigli as well. If you don't feel like walking, a bus stop is located right outside the property where you can get the bus to Fira town, Imerovigli or Oia.

Summary: The property manager was outstanding from his first introduction of the property and explanation of its features, to his assistance in transporting us around to various locations. He went above and beyond when my sister was injured and navigated us through the medical system. The one-bedroomunit was charming, clean, and well supplied with all the essentials. The view was stunning. Any negatives were minor - the jacuzzi was not very warm and the privacy on the deck was less than we expected. However, the property manager’s assistance made up for any minor issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: From the moment we arrived we felt calm and relaxed. Sotris met us in the parking area and led us to the oasis we called home for the first part of our honeymoon. The home and area around were spotless. The home and pool were cleaned daily. And the breakfast provided each morning were delicious. You are close to everything and Sotris makes all arrangements for you do you can truely enjoy your vacation. We would return in a heart beat.

Summary: I have to say that this place is wonderful! We arrived in the evening on the dark and were treated by the property manager. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much. When we woke the next day I was blown away with the view we had from the terrace. We lost hours looking out at Oia, and the sunsets were breath taking. The place was great and cleaners arrived every day. Location wise it was great to be between Oia and Thira as we had options for both however they are a taxi ride away. You can walk to Thira but in the heat we did get a cab back rather than do the walk back. There are restaurants locally on the walk to Thira but the best selection for us was in Oia. We also hired a quad bike on one day to explore the island which was great fun and I highly recommend it! You won’t regret staying here, we’ll definitely be back!!

Summary: After looking for days on VRBO and other unaffiliated sites, settled with this place for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been more pleased. Breakfast served to your door every morning at 8 am, complimentary wine when you check in and that VIEW! Not to mention there is a crazy affordable delicious taverina right next door called Tasos that is open for lunch and dinner! Your seconds from the foot trail to take you to Oia or Fira and the walk into town (although uphill) only takes 5 minutes. You're just far enough away that you don't get floods of tourists outside your door but close enough to walk to all the conveniences of town. Panos, the property host, will greet you upon arrival and answer any questions you have. They also will provide you with worry free transportation to and from your arrival point on the island for a small fee. I will say the pool is private and heated - but only to body temperature. It's a huge pool so don't expect hot tub temperature, if you want that book somewhere with a smaller pool. We loved it, so refreshing to swim in the sunshine during the day and at night it felt amazing to take a dip in the crisp air. Stop looking and book - you've found paradise!

Summary: We were nervous booking this place site-unseen but were pleasantly surprised! The host contacted us and arranged a shuttle for us to the property and back to the airport at the time of departure. He was available through WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide recommendations and was very very nice! A beautiful breakfast was provided each day, that a local cat wanted to help us enjoy on the patio ; ) The view was absolutely beautiful as was the path to walk to the closest stores/restaurants. It took awhile to get the wifi going, netflix never did work so we were left to one american channel at night when we were home (first world problems, I know). The pool did not seem heated and was quite cold, but maybe in warmer months it would be better? (We went in July). There was no hot water so I took a freezing shower, but then my husband noticed a powerbox with a switch for hot water-- that would have been good to know before we got there, but it all worked out. The kitchen is finely equipped and we enjoyed our time immensely. Side note: Rent an ATV to get around the island- you won't be disappointed
