Positive: Overaly clean appartment, fully equipped for almost every situation. Claudio is a very generous person, he replies to every question as soon as possible, makes sure you enjoy your stay and so on. For example when he visited us, he himself found out that the coffee machine was leaking a bit. We told him it was okay, we werent using it anyways. Yet he bought a new one within two days.

Negative: Appartment is situated in a part of the city where tourists arent expected to be. It wasnt dangerous, but a late night walk might feel a bit uncomfortable.

Positive: Claudio is the best host. He tried to fix every problem of ours. He is such a nice person. The flat was very clean and had everything you will ever need. He also recomended places to visit and he was always reachable if needed.

Negative: The property is little bit far from the beaches but if you don’t mind walking or taking the bus that’ s a minor inconvenience.

Positive: Very nice and spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood in town, walking distance to all key things; restaurants, beach, shops. Parking in front of house, free. Apartment was even bigger than expected. Remotely opening the outdoor worked well by host. Claudio was very helpful and immediately answered by WhatsApp. WiFi was very slow at first, but once I mentioned it Claudio installed very fast internet. Excellent service.

Positive: Very clean. Everything works. Pretty central. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV in the kitchen, TV in the bedroom. 32 minutes to the Adriatico stadium if you walk, 20 minutes if you catch the bus half way.
