On the second and last floor in a small building built in the 1950s with only three units, you will find your splendid, comfortable, bright and cosy holiday-home of 100 square metres, with parking space and beach umbrella reserved for you.
The flat is very bright both for the happy exposure and for the width of the windows and the 3.40 m. ceilings. It is completed with a livable balcony happily exposed (south-east-west) with partial sea view and a lovely pine grove, recently renovated and full of greenery and urban furnishings that make it a natural attraction for the whole neighbourhood, without forgetting the panoramic terrace (sea, mountains, pine grove, city) of 180 sq. m on the upper floor... for partying!
