Summary: Tasty Breakfast, served by friendly staff. Hotel in good position set between a Lake and the Sea. Seen lots of Wild Flowers and Birds in a few days.

Summary: Room great, hotel really good , excellent condition , staff tried hard but looked a little overwhelmed by coach party booking at the bar and on food service. Having said that food was great just a long wait.”

Summary: The rooms at the front of the hotel have a beautiful view of the lake and the park and North barrule in the distance. It is convenient for all the facilities in Ramsey. The staff were very good.

Summary: Spent 5 nights in the hotel. Lovely breakfast each morning. Best selection of fresh fruit I've seen in a hotel breakfast. Dinner the first night was ok but we got dinner on the Saturday night, which was much better. The reception, bar and restaurant are all in the lobby area so service can be a little slow at times but overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Summary: Handy for a night’s stay. Bit pricey for what is essentially a room like you’d find in a Premier Inn. Breakfast not great, with cold plates for hot food. Staff on duty for breakfast looked fed up. Still enjoyed our stay though and the girl on reception was friendly.
