Summary: Very cool farmhouse that worked well for our group of nine adults. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. If I could change one thing about the house it would be to have a few more bathrooms. Overall, very pleased with the house. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful.

Summary: I was not able to go on this trip but the rest of the family showed up and they loved your place. Plenty of room to move around. There were 10 adults and 3 children. They loved your front porch and yard. I hope to be able to get out there and stay at your home. Perfect for large groups.

Summary: We had family coming into town from across the country--and the world--and we looked for a place in Santa Maria that might accommodate at least a dozen relatives. This renovated farm house could not have been more perfect--the rooms, the common areas, the yard--everything was beautiful, casual and welcoming. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

Summary: This home was the perfect setting for our family to gather as we traveled near and far to lay my grandmother to rest. Very charming, maintained, and welcoming home. Perfectly located with a country feel but close enough to grocery stores and the best pastry shop around.
