Summary: The parking was an issue. And the neighborhood was kind of iffy. Overall it was clean and great back yard for hanging out. But don’t have more than 3 friends over.

Summary: My family stayed here on a college visit. The house is perfectly clean and comfortable as others have noted. Location is a 7 minute drive or 25 min walk to the UGA Arch. The hosts receive a 10/10 for communication. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Summary: Although our stay was only a couple nights, we really enjoyed the home. It is quirky and has character. The decor is wonderful. The attention to detail was amazing. The house was equipped with more than just essentials (e.g., full coffee bar, basket of snacks, toiletries). The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. As for location, I’m not able to provide a realistic review as the weather was rainy so we had to drive to most things. We were only 11 minutes from the softball stadium. Only consideration (not concern)1) Parking for more than one car is street parking and not in front of the house when busy. Overall wonder place to stay and would absolutely come back if MSU comes back to Georgia next year. If not this place, I’d want to stay anywhere this owner has VRBOs. Top Notch!
