Summary: From the time we checked in, we felt right at home. The home has a large living room with plenty of space for our family to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to make a home cooked meal or a take out buffet for a large group. The owner, Richard, stocked the home with tons of snacks, frozen pizzas, soft drinks, water etc. He was always available for questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying there. The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have taken advantage of the beautiful backyard but we weren’t there long enough.

Summary: The house was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to 5 points with lots of restaurants. Richard was welcoming with snacks and drinks for us on arrival. The house was perfect for 3 couple with plenty of space for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We were so very thankful to find this beautiful home to house our family when we came to ATH for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. It was a perfect location that allowed our entire family (including grandparents) to stay together avoiding the hotels. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive and helpful with a few minor questions. Backyard patio was perfect for gathering in the evening. Front porch was great for early AM coffee. Highly recommended! Thank you for a memorable weekend!
